Is Brolly available outside of Accra?

Absolutely!! Brolly is a tech solution, which makes it possible and seamless for us to serve our customers without the need of a physical presence. Anywhere you are in Ghana, just reach out to us, and we will gladly of service to you.

Do I need to change my preferred underwriter to use Brolly?

SanlamAllianz remains our primary underwriter, since they are one of, and not the best and biggest insurance company in Africa. If you definietly need to insure with a preferred underwriter aside SanlamAllianz, do let us know and we would make that possible for you.

How do I report a claim when I use Brolly?

Our claims process is as stress-free as our policy purchase process. You can complete your claim form online and submit all supporting documents online as well. We then pick up from there and process to get you settled with speed. We will get in touch if we need any additional evidence or clarification. From the moment you send us a claim notification, we will send you a clear timeline of when your claim processing would be completed.

Will I Have Full Insurance When I Pay In Installment?

Yes, you will be fully insured just as when you're paying your premium at once. You are fully protected from day 1 and you remain protected all through the period for as long as you honour your installment payment obligation.
